Job summary

WM is hiring for a Driver Route Hybrid NonCDL position. The role covers WMHS and Medical Waste routes, including days off and sick coverage. You will ensure secure document destruction and safe medical waste removal while upholding WM's standards and values.

The driver acts as the face of WMHS, adheres to policy, and supports mission-driven service. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience preferably in driving Shred Trucks and Box Trucks.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid Driver's License.
• All CMV drivers must be able to obtain a medical card by a certified medical examiner.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite/offsite document destruction and medical waste transport.
• Transport waste safely following all laws and regulations.
• Plan daily routes using paperwork and manifests.
• Load trucks and service accounts with needed supplies.
• Ensure waste is prepared as required for pickup.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports.
