Job summary

RGS Products, Inc is seeking a full-time driver to load, deliver, and unload materials at the shop and on job sites around Pennsylvania. You must have a valid driver’s license, pass a pre-employment drug test, and maintain a clean driving record; a DOT medical card is required and CDL Class A is preferred but not required.

You will use company software to track materials, complete shipping paperwork, and coordinate with Project Managers and the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in loading and unloading trucks at the shop, finisher, and job sites.
• Uses company-provided technology/software to track/scan materials and finished products.
• Documents shipping/receiving paperwork and verifies components for deliveries.
• Coordinates with Project Managers and Plant Manager while at shop or job sites.
• Ensures proper loading/unloading of materials and hardware per job.
• Complies with motor vehicle laws while operating RGS-owned vehicles.
• Reports truck maintenance or issues to the Manager.
• Works in the shop when not driving.

• 1 year of direct laborer experience (loading/unloading).

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

• Assists in loading and unloading trucks at the shop, finisher, and job sites.
• Uses company-provided technology/software to properly track/scan material and finished products.
• Document required paperwork for shipping and receiving, and confirm all components (rail sections, hardware, etc.) are accounted for before leaving for deliveries or going to the finisher.
• Interacts with Project Managers and Plant Manager when at the shop and job sites.
• Work with employees while at the shop/job site to ensure the truck is loaded/unloaded with the right material and hardware per job.
• It is required to adhere to all motor vehicle laws while operating RGS-owned vehicles.
• Report any problems/issues or maintenance needed on trucks to the Manager.
• Required to work in the shop when not driving.
