Job summary

Rgs-Products-Inc. in Pennsylvania seeks a dependable driver/warehouse teammate to support loading and unloading trucks and handle shop and job-site work.

The role uses company software to track materials, prepares shipping paperwork, and coordinates with Project Managers and the Plant Manager. You must meet safety rules, lift 50 lbs+, and pass a pre-employment drug test; CDL A is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• DOT medical card (RGS will assist with recertification/renewals)
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. consistently.
• CDL Class A preferred, not required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assists in loading and unloading trucks at the shop, finisher, and job sites.
• Uses company-provided technology/software to properly track/scan material and finished products.
• Document required paperwork for shipping and receiving, and confirm all components are accounted for before leaving for deliveries or going to the finisher.
• Interacts with Project Managers and Plant Manager when at the shop and job sites.
• Work with employees to ensure the truck is loaded/unloaded with the right material and hardware per job.
• Adhere to all motor vehicle laws while operating RGS-owned vehicles.
• Report any problems/issues or maintenance needed on trucks to the Manager.
• Required to work in the shop when not driving.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (required).

Experience:

• 1-2 years driving a 26’ box truck (26,000 lb).
• 1 year of direct laborer experience (loading/unloading).

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
