Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Miami, FL is seeking a Box Truck Delivery Driver to safely load, transport, and deliver food products to a variety of customers. You will build relationships with customers, travel locally, and return home every day while handling up to 350 lb loads.

• Hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• One year of driving experience and one year in customer service or related field.
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Clean driving record as required by DOT and company standards.
• DOT physical required.

Location: 3301 NW 125th St, Miami FL

Are you interested in a driving position but don't know where to start? Picture yourself as a Box Truck delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more. You’ll be traveling locally and home every day, and you’ll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs throughout your shift. Schedule: Monday-Friday with 2 days off during the week. Start time between 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM until route is finished

Does this look like you?

• At least 21 years of age

• One year of previous driving experience and one year experience in customer service or related field.
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
• DOT physical required
