Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a full-time Driver in Denver to transport and deliver windows and patio doors to dealers and job sites. The role requires a Class B CDL, clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

You will maintain daily logs, perform pre/post-trip checks, and follow DOT guidelines while coordinating with the back office to ensure on-time deliveries. Routes begin and end at the Denver plant; occasional weekend work and potential helper support are

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License; preferred.
• 2 years of commercial truck driving experience (military DD214 acceptable).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Multi-drop delivery experience is a plus.
• Handheld scanner experience is a plus.

• Transport, deliver, and unload windows and patio doors to dealers, distribution centers, and job sites.
• Maintain ELD daily and perform pre/post-trip vehicle evaluations.
• Manage daily routes starting/ending at Denver manufacturing plant.

Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 with required OT as needed

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Driver will be expected to transport, deliver, and/or unload windows and patio door products to customers in a safe and timely manner to our dealers, distribution centers and/or construction job sites using a 26' box truck. This position requires a wide range of skills from practicing safe driving and delivery to top‑notch customer service.

• The driver is responsible for maintaining ELD daily, and performing pre & post-trip evaluations of company trucks
• Daily routes that begin and end at our Denver manufacturing plant
• Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment
• Immediately report any necessary repairs and/or maintenance needed
• The driver must be able to communicate with back-end office personnel and customers to ensure timely delivery
• Actively ensure compliance with DOT guidelines
• Verify entire content loads prior to leaving manufacturing facility or job site
• Load and unload truck
• The driver is often assigned a helper to assist with unloads at various sites throughout the front range of Colorado and southern Wyoming
• Follow all safety procedures and all company policies
• Occasional Weekend work
• Other duties as assigned
• This is a team environment, and the driver must be willing and able to work alongside teammates both in warehouse and on jobsites to achieve excellent on time and in full delivery

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License Preferred
• 2 years commercial truck driving experience (equivalent Military DD214 experience is acceptable)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Multi-drop delivery experience a plus
• Handheld scanner experience a plus
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to plan and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work safely throughout the day and prevent unsafe conditions

The US base pay range for this full‑time position is $27.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
