Job summary

Propak in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Box Sorter for Day Shift C to support our warehouse operations. You will inspect and sort boxes, label, palletize by size, and strive to meet a standard of at least one pallet per hour while maintaining a clean work area.

Starting at $15.00 per hour with scheduled increases at 90 days, 1 year, and annually for up to five years. We offer daily and weekly pay, PTO, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and other voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Manual labor experience preferred but training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable and safety-conscious.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Break down boxes not received in a broken-down state.
• Inspect boxes for damage and reuse.
• Stickering boxes acceptable for reuse by covering barcodes.
• Palletize boxes by size.
• Meet or exceed daily production requirements (at least one pallet per hour).
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Comply with Propak policies and safety rules.
• Assist with other duties to support operations.
