Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Box Room Supervisor to lead the box room and packaging operations, ensuring accurate inventories, quality packaging, and a safe workplace for all associates.

You will partner with production teams, maintenance, leadership, suppliers, and internal/external customers to uphold USDA, QA, and food safety standards while driving productivity and continuous improvement. This role requires 2nd shift hours and offers an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on associate development.
• Familiarity with ISO/OSHA and quality control standards.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
