Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a box maker operator for the 2nd shift in Albuquerque, NM. You will set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on the box maker, ensuring production keeps pace with demand.

You will also manage packaging inventory across all departments and coordinate with the Production Planner to prevent material delays. We offer $17.25 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential, weekly pay, benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months continuous work history in 2 years.
• Ability to operate and perform box maker changeovers.
• Maintain packaging inventory across departments and coordinate with planner.
• Willingness to perform physical requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the box maker to produce boxes for production lines.
• Perform changeovers as needed to switch box styles.
• Continuously monitor and refill the magazine to prevent box shortages.
• Maintain and manage packaging inventory across all departments.
• Communicate inventory needs to the Production Planner and ensure materials are available to prevent downtime.
