Job summary

Hayden Valley Foods, Inc. is seeking 2nd Shift Boxers to join our production team. You will package finished products, inspect quality, and ensure labeling accuracy in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes GMP, food safety, and teamwork with production operators, leads, and quality control to meet daily goals. Starting pay is $16 per hour with potential up to $18, plus benefits and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Ability to accurately identify products, packaging materials, and labels.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products safely and accurately.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and potential defects before boxing.
• Verify that the correct product, packaging materials, labels, lot information, and quantities are used.
• Follow GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and other food safety requirements.
