Job summary

OWS Foods in Concordia, MO, is seeking a forklift-savvy operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 1:30 am, Monday–Thursday). You will prepare machines, manage packaging materials, and perform quality checks while maintaining logs and paperwork.

You will use various computer programs and support a safe, compliant production environment. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and strong computer skills; preferred candidates have forklift experience and at least 2+ years in a food

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google products and various programs.
• Ability to work alone or in a team; scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machine for startup/shutdown, follow schedule, perform adjustments, quality checks and repairs as needed.
• Determine packaging material requirements for scheduled jobs; maintain downtime logs and paperwork.
• Adhere to QA processes (Food Defense, HACCP, Allergens) and safety training as required.
• Operate forklift for materials.
• Work with multiple computer programs.
