Job summary

Winland Foods in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Press Operator to safely operate and monitor production equipment, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives on a 3:00 pm–11:00 pm shift.

You will perform machine changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA policies while using SAP, IQS, MII and Weaver to keep production flowing. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in manufacturing, forklift certification preferred, and the

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred or required for Advanced Level.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing machinery to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Perform equipment changeovers and basic repairs; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain sanitation and follow GMP/SQF/FSMA guidelines.
• Record inventory transactions and production data in SAP.
• Assist in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
