Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive management experience in the paper-to-box space, a strong budgeting background, and the ability to lead by example and build cross-functional partnerships for growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have box (cardboard) conversion experience with corrugator machine experience.
• Must have paper-to-box conversion background; corrugate background in sheet plants or non-box products is not eligible.
• Experience in KPI delivery, production efficiencies, overhead management, and safety/reliability helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive the plant’s profitability and ensure safety and quality requirements are met.
• Develop and implement business plans that align with company goals and strategic vision.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned to strategic direction.
• Build partnerships with commercial/sales teams to identify growth opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Oversee facility production to meet short- and long-term divisional objectives for optimum efficiency.
