Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in an industry segment management role.
• Operational oversight including budget and financial management.
• Ability to establish and lead by example with clear goal foundations.
• Project management experience with KPI focus on production efficiencies, overhead, profitability, safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive the plant’s profitability while ensuring safety and quality requirements are met.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals and strategic vision.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives tied to the strategic direction.
• Collaborate with commercial/sales partners to identify growth opportunities and maintain key accounts.
• Oversee facility production improvements to meet short- and long-term objectives for optimum efficiency.
