Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Plant Manager with strong box-conversion experience and corrugator background to lead a Wisconsin facility. The role requires 5+ years of progressive management, including at least 3 years in an industry-segment management capacity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering highly preferred.
5+ years of progressive management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in industry segment management.
Operational oversight including budget and financial management.
Ability to lead by example and set proper goal foundations.
Background in project management with KPI focus on production efficiency, overhead management, profitability, safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

Drive plant profitability while meeting safety and quality requirements.
Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals and strategic vision.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the strategic direction.
Build partnerships with commercial/sales to identify facility growth opportunities and maintain key accounts relationships.
Oversee and drive improvements in facility production to meet short- and long-term divisional objectives and achieve optimum efficiency.
