Job summary

Legends Global in Tucson is hiring a part-time Ticket Seller to manage ticket sales for TCC events at the Tucson Convention Center/Arena. The role is event-driven with hours centered around events and requires handling cash/credit payments and customer service.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED and prior money-handling experience; ticketing experience in entertainment is a plus. This position focuses on guest experience and accurate ticketing at the venue window and over the phone.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience handling money and other forms of payment.
• At least 6 months ticketing experience or experience in the entertainment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive first impression by offering superior guest service.
• Process ticket sales for TCC events; familiar with all TCC venues.
• Operate the Ticketmaster system to sell tickets.
• Research Ticketmaster accounts sales and print and prepare will call.
• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding all TCC ticketed events and researching information when required; both at the window and over the phone.
• Accept payments via cash or credit card.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of the day.
