Job summary

Significant Productions, Inc. seeks a Box Office & Front of House Operations leader in The Villages, FL. You will build events for The Sharon and The SigPro Studio, lead the ticketing and box office teams, and drive customer service excellence with upsell opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in box office/ticketing, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and strong data analytics skills. On-site management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in box office/ticketing operations, including event setup and seating maps.
• 2+ years supervisory or team-lead experience coaching front-of-house teams.
• Proficiency with ticketing platforms, CRM/patron databases, and seat-map tools.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills (Excel/Sheets; basic SQL or BI tools).
• Excellent customer service orientation with upsell/cross-sell experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead box office and Front of House Operations teams and set standards and procedures.
• Build all public events for The Sharon and The SigPro Studio for sale to the public.
• Manage seat maps, prices, presales, promos, subscriptions, bundles, and fees.
• Maintain a clean patron database; ensure data hygiene and privacy compliance.
• Assist MOD shifts onsite and support will-call, access control, and hospitality.
• Prepare sales and revenue reporting and analyze trends and customer satisfaction.
