Job summary

The Houston Dynamo Football Club (HDFC) is seeking a Ticket Operations support role to assist in all aspects of ticket operations for Shell Energy Stadium, including the Dynamo, Dash, and partner events. You will help manage the Box Office, coordinate staff shifts, and ensure smooth game-day and event operations.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 1 year in event ticket operations, plus strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Event Ticket Operations required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.”

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of Ticket Operations and serve as a key representative of the department across the organization.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Box Office, including scheduling ticket window staff and coordinating priorities.
• Provide support for Ticket Operations and Box-Office during stadium events.
• Collaborate with Ticket Sales and Service to develop ticket packages and processes.
• Administer the season ticket member exchange program with the Member Service team.
