Job summary

Legends Global in Worcester, MA is seeking a Box Office Floating Supervisor to support ticketing, guest services, and seasonal rink operations. This versatile role combines duties across ticket selling, event supervision, and outdoor rink oversight, with daily tasks adjusted to workload and events.

You will lead staff, ensure smooth guest experiences, manage cash handling and reports, and adapt to weather and schedule changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ticketing, hospitality, recreation, event operations, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while working independently and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and using ticketing or point-of-sale systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational support during events and seasonal Worcester Common Oval outdoor skating rink operations by supervising staff, coordinating assignments, monitoring guest service and daily operations, assisting with opening/closing procedures, completing required reports and cash reconciliation, resolving guest concerns, communicating with management, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
