Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a friendly Box Office Cashier in Jacksonville, FL, to assist guests with ticket purchases and provide top-notch service. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required as events occur.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least a year in customer service, and some cash-handling experience. A background check including credit history is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets at the box office and process payments.
• Verify initial cash bank and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Answer patron questions and assist at the box office window.
• Distribute Will Call tickets and manage patron relocations as needed.
• Verify credit card purchases and complete nightly reconciliations.
• Follow Legends Global cash-handling guidelines and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
