Responsibilities include balancing ticket sales, supporting pricing initiatives, Will Call/Guest List duties, and ensuring ADA compliance while delivering courteous service and accurate information about events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling.
• Knowledge of phone and in-person customer service.
• Entry level knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Flexible schedule including days/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and reconciliation in line with policies.
• Balance and reconcile daily/nightly ticket sales.
• Assist with pricing initiatives and ticket offers when applicable.
• Distribute accurate daily ticket counts to Artist Representatives.
• Assist with internal ticket orders and reports.
• Work with VIP on nightly upgrades and inventory.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in person and by phone.
• Facilitate Will Call and Guest List operations and ADA compliance.
