Job summary

The Rep in the St. Louis region is seeking Box Office Associates for our audience services team. Representatives provide customer service to theatre patrons via phone and email and are key members of our audience services team.

Responsibilities include handling patron calls and emails about ticket sales and exchanges, ensuring timely responses, and delivering consistent messaging in all patron interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and handling calls/emails is preferred.
• Ability to deliver consistent messaging to patrons.
• Strong communication and problem solving.

Our representatives provide customer service to theatre patrons via phone and email and are key members of our audience services team. Their work includes, but is not limited to:
