Job summary

All Star Lanes & Casino is seeking a Bowling Customer Service Representative to greet guests and launch the guest experience at the venue. You will assist guests with pricing questions, help them find shoes, and allocate lanes while maintaining clean lanes and facilities.

The role offers a pay range of $17.13–$18.50 per hour with benefits for full-time staff, including paid time off, health/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k), and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Knowledge of Bowling preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about pricing, addressing customer concerns
• Help customers find shoes
• Issue lanes to customer(s)
• Sanitize shoes
• Hand out shoes
• Call back bowling calls
• Book parties at the desk
• Bowling parties, Birthday parties etc
• Cleaning of the lanes
• Issue out scratch tickets
• Issue out pull tabs
