All Star Lanes & Casino in Silverdale, WA is seeking a Bowling Customer Service Representative to welcome guests and launch their bowling experience. The role involves assisting with pricing inquiries, shoe fitting, lane assignment, shoe sanitation, and party bookings. A friendly attitude and ability to handle guest concerns are essential.

The position is on-site with a pay range of $17.13–$18.50 per hour. Candidates must be at least 18 years old; bowling knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and start the guest experience at All Star Lanes & Casino.
• Answer questions about pricing and address customer concerns.
• Help customers find shoes and issue lanes.
• Sanitize and hand out shoes.
• Call back bowling calls and book parties at the desk.
• Bowling parties, birthday parties, etc.
• Clean lanes and manage pull tabs.

How You'll Succeed

In this role you will:

• Answer questions about pricing, addressing customer concerns
• Help customers find shoes
• Issue lanes to customer(s)
• Sanitize shoes
• Hand out shoes
• Call back bowling calls
• Book parties at the desk
• Bowling parties, Bday parties etc
• Cleaning of the lanes
• Issue out scratch tickets
• Issue out pull tabs

Requirements

Must be 18 years old

Knowledge of Bowling preferred but not required!
