Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 months related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Follow customer instructions while maintaining safety requirements.
• Set up bows with accessories, tune bows, repair bows, and string bows.
• Explain the repair process and provide maintenance suggestions.
• Keep personal workspace and archery area clean and organized.
• Attend product knowledge training and answer questions about location, price, and merchandise.
