Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation case management.
• High School Diploma or GED; further education in legal studies preferred.
• Proficiency in legal documentation preparation and procedural compliance.
• Strong organizational skills for managing medical files and case records.
• Effective communication skills for client and insurance adjuster interactions.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Experience in a boutique legal practice is advantageous.
