Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including initial intake, documentation, and ongoing case tracking

• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance carriers, and legal teams to facilitate claim resolution
• Maintain detailed case files using legal case management systems such as PCLaw and iManage

Experience

• Paralegal experience or prior legal support experience in personal injury or workers' compensation law preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers' compensation law procedures and regulations
• Experience managing multiple cases simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal research platforms including LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Familiarity with legal case management software such as PCLaw and document management systems like iManage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism in client interactions
• Knowledge of related areas such as estate planning, environmental law, UCC law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, family law, securities law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, general & commercial litigation is a plus
