Responsibilities

• Deliver boutique fitness experience to clients each time.
• Provide top-tier service to clients and visitors on arrival.
• Greet and check-in clients professionally; thank them on exit.
• Recruit and retain clients; address questions and concerns.
• Sell memberships and class packages in person, online, and by phone.
• Assist sales with CRM AXLE together with GM/Owner.
• Keep the studio clean and organized at all times.
• Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.
