• Excellent organizational and follow-up and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance to meet targets with operational integrity.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of boutique staff.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Buying on seasonal product selections.
• Develop clienteling strategies to grow client loyalty and retention.
• Manage store ops, inventory, cash handling and audits.
• Provide weekly sales reporting to leadership and adapt plans accordingly.
