Role involves coaching, sales floor leadership, and omni-channel engagement, with duties across opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management. Requires 2 years of retail management and adaptable availability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to the team.
• Manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory and replenishment.
• Remain knowledgeable about current sales, promotions and store policies.
• Foster a positive, customer-centered work environment.
