Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team.
• Provide coaching feedback and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Execute cash handling and inventory management tasks.
• Ensure knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and teamwork.
