Leap is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our boutique at Del Amo Fashion Center in California. This hands-on retail leadership role focuses on driving sales, coaching teams, and delivering an elevated customer experience on the sales floor.

As Leader on Duty, you will partner with Store/General Manager to meet sales goals, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Flexibility required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to coach selling behaviors and drive sales results.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and relationship building.
• Effective communication and team motivation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs with coaching and floor leadership.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through product expertise and personalized service.
• Onboard and develop new team members, reinforce training and accountability.
• Oversee daily store operations as Leader on Duty and ensure brand standards.
