Collars & Co. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead our boutique, supported by the Leap Platform. You will serve as Leader on Duty, partnering with Store/General Manager to drive sales, oversee operations, and deliver an elevated in‑store experience.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, coaching, and maintaining brand standards to ensure exceptional service and strong performance. Bonus eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique or premium retail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results.
• Strong customer‑focused selling skills with ability to build relationships and create memorable experiences.
• Strong communication skills with ability to provide feedback and motivate others.
• Oversees daily sales floor standards, including organization, replenishment, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Experience with retail technology (Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, Google Workspace) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching, floor leadership, and selling behaviors.
• Monitor performance and adjust priorities to maximize results throughout the day.
• Reinforce product knowledge and personalized selling techniques to elevate the customer experience.
