Kitson Los Angeles is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our fashion-forward boutique. You will greet customers, provide courteous service, and drive personal sales while maintaining store standards and brand integrity.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail, a passion for styling, and comfort with product knowledge. You will multitask in a fast-paced environment and focus on clienteling and teamwork to enhance the customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and acknowledge all customers.
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and KPI goals.
• Act as personal shopper within the store.
• Establish and maintain a client book.
• Assist with merchandising directives.
• Remove unwanted merchandise from fitting rooms.
• Review merchandise on the selling floor and maintain proper quantities and sizes of each item.
• Fold, straighten, fill-in, and ensure correct placement of merchandise throughout the day.
• Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards daily.
• Comply with loss prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer service.
