Old Edwards Hospitality Group in Highlands, NC is seeking a friendly Acorns Supervisor to lead daily operations in our boutique retail shop. You’ll support the sales team, provide excellent guest service, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You will lead Sales Associates, handle complex sales, support merchandising, operate Lightspeed POS, and collaborate with the Manager to drive sales while upholding store standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; quick to learn new systems.
• Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate Sales Associates to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Handle complex sales and customer service situations professionally.
• Support store merchandising, restocking, and visual displays.
• Operate POS and inventory systems (Lightspeed).
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Manager to drive sales and maintain store standards.
