Job summary

Old Edwards Inn and Spa in Highlands, NC is seeking a Spa Attendant to welcome guests, provide world-class tours of the facility, and maintain guest comfort and cleanliness across spa areas.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, knowing spa menu items and promotions, adhering to policies, and supporting therapists and staff while maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous hospitality or spa experience is preferred but not required.
• Bright, personable and able to work with others.
• Stand or sit for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest warmly and by name.
• Maintain knowledge of spa menu items, packages, group functions and promotions.
• Ensure guest areas are clean and well maintained; present a professional appearance in full uniform.
• Coordinate with therapists; notify arrival and review guest itineraries.
• Contribute to spa activities, meetings, and inventory; uphold confidentiality.
