Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Retail Shop Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service and operate the store efficiently. You will assist customers, process transactions, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized environment.

The role involves opening/closing duties, staying informed on product knowledge, and communicating clearly with guests and team members. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to operate the Point of Sale system.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions about products and services.
• Assist customers in choosing products and provide recommendations.
• Process sales transactions, run cash register and accept payments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and restock shelves.
• Create attractive product displays to drive sales.
• Keep store clean through regular cleaning duties.
