• At least 2 years’ retail experience, including inventory management.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems; strong report generation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with attention to clients with health challenges affecting appearance and wellbeing.
• Performs cashier functions, reconciles receipts, and prepares deposits.
• Assists patients with wig consultations and salon appointments.
• Manages visual merchandising and rotates inventory for appeal.
• Performs various retail duties including phones, restocking, deliveries, and cleanliness.
• Assists in loss prevention and coordinates with Security as needed.
• Helps in ordering supplies and receiving new merchandise.
• As a Key Holder, participates in opening/closing and volunteer supervision.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
