Job summary

MMHR MANAGEMENT LLC in Stephenville, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the motel, restaurant, and property safe, clean, and fully functional. You will assist in day-to-day maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, restaurant spaces, grounds, equipment, and building systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance, facilities management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within hospitality or food service environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, restaurant, and property.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, locks, fixtures, appliances, and other building components within the scope of expertise.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the property to boutique-hotel standards.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance related to restaurant equipment and facilities as appropriate.
• Maintain a regular preventative maintenance schedule for guest rooms, equipment, building systems, and property infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify problems before they affect guests or operations.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist Maintenance Manager with issues related to housekeeping, front desk, restaurant management, and other departments.
• Prioritize maintenance requests based on guest impact, safety, operational needs, and urgency.
