Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• 5+ years in retail, hospitality, fitness, or service-based sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and business performance goals.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Exceptional Team: Recruit, hire, develop, and retain an outstanding studio team.
• Grow the Business: Lead membership growth, revenue, retention, and profitability.
