Responsibilities

• Plan and lead dynamic Pilates-based group classes for all fitness levels.
• Provide clear instruction to ensure proper form and safety.
• Foster a welcoming studio environment that encourages connection.
• Build relationships with members before, during, and after class.
• Educate members on studio offerings and policies.
• Arrange qualified substitute instructors to cover scheduled classes.
• Maintain a professional, energetic presence and high standards.
• Collaborate with the studio team to uphold BODYBAR culture.
