BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a Studio Manager in Waukee, IA to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, manage a sales-driven team, and uphold the BODYBAR experience.

You will recruit, train, coach staff, build community relationships, oversee retail, and ensure a polished studio environment that reflects the BODYBAR brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing teams.
• 5+ years in retail, service or fitness sales with targets.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Skilled in generating leads through events, partnerships and referrals.
• Excellent communication skills, in-person and digital.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
