Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail operations experience with merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• A college/university degree.
• Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead by performing all back of house operations in a Tiffany store.
• Provide excellent client service and partner with store leadership on initiatives supporting the team and sales goals.
• Be a key holder acting as manager on duty when a manager is unavailable, coordinating orders, inventory, and client service activities.
