Job description

  • Plays an active role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives.
  • Analyzes the store’s retail performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales…), identifies business opportunities, and establishes 360° action plans to address them.
  • Stays updated on the watch industry and local market environment.
  • Sets individual and collective objectives, monitors performance, and conducts reviews of team members.
  • Shadows and supports team members on the floor, provides immediate feedback, and develops them in their current roles.
  • Ensures the team’s motivation and cohesion, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Identifies and hires new team members.
  • Ensures outstanding service is provided to all visitors.
  • Embodies the Tag Heuer brand values and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador at events and in the community.
  • Maintains grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising standards according to luxury standards and internal guidelines.
  • Proactively networks and connects with local influencers.
  • Leads the team to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Sets and follows clienteling objectives (outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments).
  • Ensures quality client data collection and leverages data to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
  • Plans and coordinates events aligned with brand strategy, assessing ROI.
  • Oversees boutique operations including inventory, cash, security, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls.
  • Supervises store expenses and maintenance.
