Job summary

Longchamp USA Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for its Orlando boutique to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain merchandising standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in luxury retail, and proficiency with POS/Cegid and shipping processes. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work varied hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED) and either a degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent work experience and education.
• Three plus years’ high-end retail, boutique or sales related work experience.
• Understand inventory, customer’s sales experience and merchandising.
• Proficient with Cegid transactions (sales, returns, lookups, CRM, reports) and open/close registers.
• Proficient with the UPS System.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Generates and maximizing sales by convincing clients to purchase the company’s products.
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge and merchandise care information.
• Greet, serve and advise clients with outstanding customer service.
• Develops and maintains client books and records of sales.
• Follows customer service guidelines and store policies.
• Assists with mailings, phone orders, and floor merchandising.
