You will embody the brand in-store and support team collaboration. Responsibilities include driving sales across all product categories, leveraging CRM for events and launches, and maintaining pristine store presentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales or similar role.
• Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable speaking to diversified clientele.
• Must be able to perform physical elements of the job, including lifting 10–30 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Ideal candidate has experience in a medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
• Additional language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintains deep product knowledge and industry trends.
• Promotes Special Order Program in Paris.
• Creates a welcoming luxury in-store experience and builds client relationships.
• Uses CRM tools for outreach and events.
• Handles all cash desk operations and POS accuracy.
