Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Luxury sales or similar role.
• Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility.
• Must be able to perform the physical elements of the job, including lifting 10-30 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
• Additional language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support client advisors throughout the selling ceremony, including stock handling and POS entry.
• Intermediary between guests and client advisors, greeting and communicating professionally.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure fresh product displays; assist with floor samples and replenishments.
• Manage cash desk operations and communicate return policies clearly.
• Ensure boutique is stocked, coordinate with stock team for aftercare and SF care/repair cases.
• Support back-of-house operations: stock processing, inter-boutique transfers, and stockroom organization.
