Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or similar role.
• Passion for Christian Louboutin and brand ambassador mindset.
• Comfortable with speaking to diversified clientele.
• Able to perform physical duties and lift 10–30 lbs as required.
• Experience in luxury or multinational settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for the boutique.
• Provide product knowledge and inform clients of new arrivals.
• Build lasting client relationships and utilize CRM for events and launches.
• Support store operations, inventory, visual merchandising and cash handling.
• Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a luxe in-store atmosphere.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays.
