Job summary

Eyetastic Services seeks a licensed optician to join a boutique optical practice in Lexington. You will provide personalized eyewear fittings, measure accurately, and support clients with lens options and frame technologies.

The role offers flexible scheduling (3-4 days/week, part-time or full-time) in a family-like environment. Training is provided; a dog-friendly, independent practice culture awaits you.

Qualifications

• Licensed optician with hands-on retail optical experience (2+ years)
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in eyewear measurements, fittings, adjustments, and repairs
• Familiarity with Eye Cloud Pro and Office Mate is a plus

Responsibilities

• Help clients choose frames and lenses to fit style and lifestyle
• Perform precise measurements, fittings, adjustments, and repairs
• Recommend lens options and frame technologies
• Maintain records and transactions using Eye Cloud Pro and Office Mate
• Collaborate with a small team of opticians and staff
• Uphold high standards of accuracy and personalized care
• Work 3-4 days/week (part-time or full-time)
• Training available for equipment and software
