Forty2 LLC is seeking a friendly Leasing Professional to join our boutique property management team. You will welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while delivering exceptional service.

You'll collaborate on marketing, resident engagement, and community initiatives, ensuring accurate listings and a seamless move-in experience for new residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience (real estate experience a plus).
• Warm, confident communication style and ability to connect with people.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with property management software or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours.
• Present available apartments and communicate features and benefits.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Guide applicants through application, screening, documentation, and move-in.
• Prepare lease agreements and related documents per policy.
• Deliver responsive customer service to residents and prospects.
• Address questions and maintenance requests with urgency and follow-through.
• Build positive resident relationships to support satisfaction and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect traffic, leasing activity, and interactions.
• Assist with rent collections and communicate policies clearly.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media and listings.
• Review online advertising to keep listings accurate and compelling.
