Forty2 LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join our boutique property management team in Knoxville. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding tours, presenting floor plans, and delivering an exceptional welcome from inquiry to move-in.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service; property management or real estate experience is a plus.
• A warm, confident communication style and a natural ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, informative property tours.
• Present available apartment homes with confidence, clearly communicating features, amenities, and community benefits.
• Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online platforms, and in person.
• Follow up consistently with prospective residents and guide applicants through the application, screening, documentation, and move-in process.
• Prepare lease agreements and related documents accurately and in accordance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Deliver responsive, thoughtful customer service to both prospective and current residents.
• Address resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests with professionalism, urgency, and follow-through.
• Build positive resident relationships that support satisfaction, renewals, and retention.
• Maintain complete and accurate records for prospect traffic, leasing activity, applications, and resident interactions.
• Assist with rent collections and communicate community policies clearly and professionally.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media, online listings, local outreach, and resident events.
• Review online advertising regularly to help ensure listings remain accurate, current, and compelling.
